Errors
Q: Why am I getting an erorr when I submit my answers?
A: The most common reason users get errors when submitting an answer for a question is because the answer has emojis in it, which are not supported at this time.
Q: Why am I getting a 404 error?
A: A 404 error means that the page you are looking for does not exist. Make sure that you haven't modified your URL and if you continue having issues, please notify our team at helpdesk@aoclife.org.
Q: Why does my registration code not work?
A: Registration codes are CaSe SeNsItIvE and require that you use the correct upper and lowercase letters. In addition, registration codes have an expiration date. If you get a message that your registration code is expired, please contact your program supervisor or our helpdesk team at helpdesk@aoclife.org.

Q: Do I have to do each session and lesson in order?
A: You do have to complete each session in order, but you can complete the lessons in whatever order you wish. However, it is recommended to do all coursework in order as that was the way the curriculum was intended to be taken.
Q: How can I change my password?
A: To change your password, head to the profile page and click on "Change Password." From there you will need to provide your previous password as well as your new one.
Q: I forgot my previous password, what do I do?
A: To change your password without knowing your previous password, you can get a password reset e-mail sent by visiting here. If you did not get your e-mail or you used a school e-mail address that doesn't accept incoming mail, please contact your program supervisor or our helpdesk team at helpdesk@aoclife.org.
